Seahorse

This design is open to the sea and meant to be built along the beach. It is up on posts to catch the breezes, enhance the view, and provide security. The living room is double height overlooked by a balcony loft. All bedrooms have their own balconies and private baths. The Seahorse is also designed to incorporate environmental features such as: rainwater catchment with gravity feed to all fixtures, solar air-conditioning, solar hot water and heating where required, and solar generated electrical power.
